The main purpose of this blog is to provide valuable information and content about Cisco IP networks, products and technologies. I believe that the resources offered here can be useful for a range of professionals working with Cisco products, from routing and switching to security and IP Telephony.
I have been working with Cisco network technologies for 10 years. To support my knowledge and to build a strong professional background, I have also studied and earned several Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and CCSP. I decided to build this blog in order to record down some of my knowledge and experience acquired over the last 10 years in the networking field. As a network and security engineer of IP networks, I came across various technologies implemented in the networks I work. Some examples include different routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), MPLS technologies (Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPNs), security technologies (IPSEC VPNs, encryption, IDS systems), Voice over IP, Quality of service, wireless technologies etc.
I enjoyed setting up this blog, and I will do my best to keep it updated and informative for my visitors. If you have any questions or comments, please use the Contacts link to drop me an email.
